Clone Wordpress website and edit accordingly

I currently have the following website:

Project 1)
I would like a basic but graphically pleasing landing page to be designed for:
https://aboutrealestate.com.au/
This landling page will direct visitors to:
1) https://aboutpropertysales.com.au/
2) https://aboutpropertymanagement.com.au/
- this landing page should be in a similar theme to the existing website
- the website is to be hosted using the existing hosting provider (in a new sub folder)
- payment to be released once the website is fully functional and completed

Project 2)
Create a new website for https://aboutpropertysales.com.au/
This new website is to be cloned from https://aboutpropertymanagement.com.au/ and edited accordingly:
- the website is to be hosted using the existing hosting provider (in a new sub folder)
- change logo
- change links and edit pages as required (text to be supplied)
- change keywords, alt tags, headers etc as required
- payment to be released once the website is fully functional and completed

The menu structure for the new website will be:
- Home
- Selling
- Market Appraisal

- Buying
- Properties For Sale

This page is to be almost identical to https://aboutpropertymanagement.com.au/ but the text will all need to be adjusted accordingly for sales.

The "For Property Owners" section will require some of the images changed to be relavant to property sales. The links will be:
- Why Choose APS (same image)
- Selling Your Property (same image)
- Make An Offer (same image)
- Properties For Sale (new image - just a house - similar to 'listing you property' without the microscope)
- Buying Tips (same image)
- Selling Tips (same image)

This will open a form for the vistor to complete that will email the details to info-at-aboutpropertysales.com.au
