Classic Online Shop CSS & HTML Template Completion

I'm looking for a skilled web developer proficient in CSS and HTML to finalize a template for a classic and elegant-design online shop. The site will consist of a Home page, Product pages, and a Checkout page.
Key project aspects include:
- Implementing a Carousel/Banner on the homepage.
Ideal candidates should have a strong portfolio demonstrating their capability in delivering modern, minimalist, vibrant, and/or classic designs. Experience in e-commerce website development will be a significant advantage.
