Cinematic Web Design

Looking to hire a team of web designers that can make live cinematic website designs. I am upgrading my current web design team for various web design projects that are non-e-commerce. Must know how to follow instructions, have experience, and have a portfolio of LIVE cinematic websites. Also, keep in mind that we will be co-editing where my team will be adding most of the textual content in order to speed up the completion of projects. Projects will be worked on one at a time.
