Cigar Trader's Website & Downloadable Lists

I'm after a skilled web developer to create a user-friendly, appealing website for my cigar trading business. The color scheme should be brown and cream to match the aesthetic of the product. The website's sole functionality will be to provide downloadable PDF lists of our cigar collection, ideally each less than 10 pages for user's ease. If you have experience in simple and professional website designs and PDF integration, you are the perfect match for this project. Your mission will be to deliver a, functional platform that aligns with our brand's relaxed sophistication.

Scope of Work
We are traders of Cigars where we buy and sell cigars and earn profit out of the cigar trade. We require a very simple website for our Cigar business. The look and feel should be very minimal and clean.

Explanation
Home: The homepage will have the textual logo, menu, few lines of text about the company and in the body just have 2 big buttons:
1. Buy Cigars From us
2. Sell Cigars to us
The page can have a floating click to WhatsApp button and a click to call button
Buy Cigars From us: When the user clicks here, a form will pop-up which will ask for Name, Mobile Number (international) and Email ID with a button - view our collection. On button click the details will be sent to a specific email ID and a list of Cigar collections will appear to the user. Each list item will have a PFD download button. The User can download the collection PDF(s) of his choice.
Sell Cigars to us: Clicking this, the form will appear which will ask for Name, Mobile Number (international), Email ID, What do you have to sell?(Text box), Upload your collection (file upload functionality) On submit, the details along with the uploaded file will be sent to a specific email ID and a Thank you message will be displayed.
About: Few lines about the company
Contact: It will have the contact us form with the fields - Name, Mobile Number (international), Email ID, Interested in - Buy / Sell (dropdown), Comment. On submit, the details will be sent to a specific email ID and a Thank you message will be displayed.

Backend - CMS
The admin of the website can login to the backend CMS to manage the cigar collection list
Buy Cigars from us: The list of collections of cigars can be managed from the backend. The admin can Add / Edit / Delete the collections from the backend and the changes will reflect in the front end as per the modifications made.
