Summary of MUST
• Five solo calls with Chinese English accent.
• Call duration: 2 to 5 minutes.
• Maximum two calls per day. One in the morning, the other in the afternoon.
• Microphone type: at least 3 microphone types (earphones/internal mic/speakerphone/wireless)
• Call source: at least two types (mobile phone/VoIP/landline)
• Each call must cover a scripted on the different topic (industry)
You will read out the customer side of five customer care scripts. Please ensure that you do not read out the agent part.
There are 30 scripts to choose from, covering 10 topics (airline, fast food, finance, healthcare, hospitality, insurance, media, pet care, retail, and travel).
You will choose a different topic for each call. If you do not cover five topics, you will be asked to call again to rectify this.
