Checkout Customization for Gifting Option for Subscription Plan (not Cash Gift Card) website

I need some customization done on my website at checkout that involves a gifting option among my subscription choices for customers and more general and specific security to strengthen the pay wall for my subscription service for my digital products.
I of course need a quote on your price and that you can absolutely do this type of customization.
The checkout for the gifting options among my subscription plans needs to include an area for the giftee's
(person receiving the gift) information such as name, personalized message option, email address, or text number to where to send the notice of the gifted subscription and of course an input place for information for the customer who is sending the gift, which of course is currently there on checkout system near the Order summary, but of course at his point without a gifting option that gifts one of my subscription plans.
This setup I am wanting to achieve might be similar to that of an e-card company where of course the gifted person receives a notification of an e-card to be picked up (not money sent like on a gift card, too impersonal).
Thus, in my situation a subscription for one of my writings/subscription plans is being sent as the gift to be picked up and read on my website. A link to my website is sent (or the giftee can google my domain) and then among my menu look for "Pick up Gifted Subscription" and enter the sent access code and create an account with an email address and password to access the gifted subscription.
