I'm seeking a skilled developer to create a chatbot that can interact with users through text-based chat and retrieve information from my own database as well as various government websites. This project involves:
- Designing a chatbot to fetch and relay information from government sites that I currently struggle with
- Utilizing the chatbot for information retrieval, specifically targeting public records, regulations and policies, and statistical data
- Creating a user-friendly, text-based chat interface
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chatbot development, particularly for information retrieval. Experience with fetching data from government websites would be a significant advantage.
