Change the design my NFT Raffle website

I am looking for a designer to help me change the layout of my NFT Raffle website & colors and more. Specifically, I am looking for someone who can make layout changes to the site. I would like to keep certain elements of the site while updating the layout. The ideal candidate for this job will have experience in website design, with a focus on layout changes. They should also be proficient in HTML and CSS (Tailwind framework).
