Casino/Betting UI — Rebuild 20–25 Sites in Pure HTML/CSS/Bootstrap + Vanilla JS

Project Description
We need to rebuild 20–25 reference casino & betting websites using pure HTML5/CSS3/Bootstrap 5 + Vanilla JS (no frameworks). These static templates will later be used by our team to create Vue, React, and Angular front-ends.
Requirements
Responsive, mobile-first, multi-language ready
Pixel-perfect reproduction (UI/UX same as reference, but no copy-paste code)
SCSS variables for easy theming
Vanilla JS components (modal, dropdown, forms, filters, etc.)
High performance & accessibility (Lighthouse score ≥90)
Clean and reusable folder structure
Deliverables
Full front-end pages (home, sports, casino/games, promotions, login/register, profile/wallet, etc.)
SCSS sources + compiled CSS
Vanilla JS modules
Mock JSON data
README with build & theme instructions

Proven pixel-perfect website development
Performance & accessibility oriented
Previous experience with casino/betting UIs is a plus
Budget & Timeline
Pilot site: $200–$400
Full package (20–25 sites): $4,000–$8,000
Pilot in 15–20 days, then 1 sites per week
