Project Description: Car Buying and Selling Platform
The project is a website in its first version specialized in buying and selling cars. The site allows users to post ads to sell their cars, while providing multiple account options and customized features to enhance the user experience.
Available account types
Regular account:
Upon registration, the user gets 6 ads to be published per month.
If the user exceeds this number, he can purchase additional publishing opportunities through a paid service.
Professional account:
A paid account through which the user gets 35 ads per month.
The user can choose to pay monthly or annually, and when the number of ads is exhausted, he can purchase additional publishing opportunities.
Points system and account classification
Each new account gets 25 points upon registration, and accounts are classified based on the number of points earned as follows:
Untrusted account: less than 20 points (red color).
Regular account: from 21 to 70 points (blue color).
Premium account: from 71 to 160 points (purple color).
Gold account: more than 160 points (gold color).
Points are earned or lost based on user ratings. A point is added when receiving a "like" from users, while 15 points are deducted when receiving a "dislike" after reviewing and confirming it by the management team.
Advertisement Review Process
When a new ad is published, it remains under review until it is verified by the Ads Management Department. The ad can be accepted or rejected based on its suitability to the site's policies.
Available Paid Services
Advertise Boost: A paid option that helps increase the ad's visibility by placing it in a higher order or displaying it at the beginning of the list for a certain period.
Purchase Additional Posting Opportunities: When the number of free ads is exhausted, users can purchase additional opportunities to publish new ads.
Payment Methods
Payments are made by charging the user's wallet with a bank card or by contacting the management. Available operations include purchasing ads and paying monthly or annual subscriptions.
Site Management
The site's management is divided into three main sections:
Admin Section:
Has comprehensive authority over all users. He can add, delete and modify the accounts of all members in the administration, including the accounts of the Ads Management Department and private ads.
It has full powers to manage accounts, such as blocking accounts, depositing and withdrawing points from the wallet, and adding a specific number of publications.
Advertising Management Section:
Responsible for reviewing and accepting or rejecting advertisements, in addition to following up on "dislike" requests and ensuring that advertisements comply with the site's policies. It can also delete advertisements that violate the site's policies.
Special Advertisement Management Section (such as Google AdSense):
Schedules special advertisements, prepares their links and images, and determines the date and duration of the advertisement and its location.
The site relies on an API provided by ip-api.com to obtain the geographic location of visitors, allowing the advertisement to be displayed to targeted visitors only.
Customizing advertisements by location
The site allows the ability to customize advertisements by city, as the advertisement appears to visitors from the targeted area only. The advertising images are also updated every four seconds periodically so that a different advertisement appears with each update, and the advertisement disappears automatically after its duration expires.

Note: Only the admin control panels need to be designed, and after a while I will receive a copy of the external design for the web and then the phone, meaning that in the coming days the front interface and the external design will be fully available, only the developers are required to work on the software background.
