Buyer-Seller Phone Number Marketplace Development

I am looking for a developer to help build a straightforward platform with two user personas: Buyer and Seller. This platform's unique selling point is facilitating the sale of sellers' phone numbers. I already have a UI/UX design in place, but it requires minor adjustments to suit this business model.

The seller are listing their business (i.e., they would like to sell their own business and they will list their business with all information and buyer will search for business and when they like a business they will pay a fee in order to access the contact information)

Key Requirements:
- Buyer Functionality: The Buyer persona needs the ability to browse and search for sellers.
- Seller Functionality: The Seller persona should be able to create and manage their own listings.
