[Butcher Retail Shop] Website Built for Retail Shop -- 2

We are looking to develop a website for a client of ours who has opened up a butcher retail shop. They sell Meats, Seasonings, Accessories, Gift Baskets, etc. They would like to have a one page website that can have multiple sections to define who they are as a company and what products they sell (Please see below). This project is a two step project and pricing needs to be broken down per milestone. The website should be the exact same look and feel of website client has narrowed down too but should incorporate clients customization, logo, text, colors, minor graphics change etc.


Milestone one:
Website Development: Sections - About us, Our Company Promise, Products for sale (Meats, Accessories, Seasonings, Gift Baskets), Contact US

Milestone two:
E-commerce for purchasing online and picking up in store.
