Business directory -- 2

looking to get a business directorry website setup. I was looking at wilcity theme and think it might be the best way to do this and because it has apps. If you know of a theme with apps like Wilcity and think it would be better,,,please let know? I am looking for a wordpess designer to build this. and be able to edit or setup the theme as needed?
