Business Website Design & Email Setup

I am looking for a professional web designer to create a business website for a startup company . This project includes the elemental setup for business emails.
The domain is reserved in 101domain but the web and email hosting in different one , so will need the designer to correctly work this and be proficient in DNS records and how to transfer .. I’ll provide candidate with 101domain access and the other platform for web and email host access so he set all and ensure everything up and running .
Website would be similar to this website https://www.gatelesis.com/ but in much smaller , 5 pages ( home page, about us , services , certificates , contact us) also on home page a form consist of AOG request to email or Whatsup .., I have the logo and contents written but need the designer for relative animation and images .
Key website features should include:
- Contact Form: This would comprise of fields for visitors to input their name, email, subject line, and a message.
Desired Skillsets:
- Web Design: You should have a flair for creative design. Though I have a preferred design and color scheme in mind, your input and creativity would be highly valued.
