Request for Proposal: Development of a Responsive Website for the Construction and Investment Sector
We are seeking the design and development of a modern, responsive website that functions seamlessly across desktop PCs, tablets, and smartphones. The target audience includes major construction companies and institutional investors, so the visual language must convey professionalism, technical expertise, and corporate strength.
The site should feature subtle yet engaging animations, such as smooth fade-ins or transitions as elements appear during scrolling or navigation. Creative input is welcome—especially ideas that elevate the site beyond standard industry templates and create a memorable digital presence.
Navigation should be intuitive and responsive, but we encourage a more distinctive approach than conventional menu layouts. A fixed icon bar on the right edge of the screen should include a phone symbol and an envelope. Clicking the phone icon should trigger a direct call via the user's device (click-to-call), while clicking the envelope should open the user's default email program with the recipient address pre-filled.
All embedded links must reliably point to their intended destinations. The “Imprint” and “Privacy Policy” sections should open either in a modal window or on a separate page, allowing users to close them easily. Most importantly, upon first visit, users must be presented with a cookie consent banner that allows them to accept or reject the use of cookies. This must be implemented in full compliance with GDPR regulations.
