Documents Required for Filing A business online:
1. Director Identification Number (DIN):
- DIN of proposed directors.
2. Digital Signature Certificate (DSC):
- DSC for all proposed directors.
3. Name Approval:
- SRN( Service request number) of approved name reservation.
4. Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA):
- Drafted and signed by the promoters.
5. Affidavit and Declaration:
- Affidavit by subscribers and first directors regarding non-acceptance of deposits.
- Declaration by professionals involved in the incorporation process.
6. Proof of Office Address:
