Key Features:
- Screen Sharing: Facilitating visual collaboration.
- Recording Meetings: For future reference and for those unable to attend.
- Chat Functionality: Allowing instant text communication.
- Whiteboard: Supporting brainstorming sessions.
- Activity Log: Store participant's activity during the meeting. Joining, leaving, chatting, etc.
- Admin Controls: Enabling overall management of the meeting.
- Host Controls: Giving meeting leaders the ability to manage participants.
- Co-Host Controls: Providing additional support for managing the meeting.
User Roles:
- Host: Initiates and oversees the meeting.
- Co-Host: Assists the host. Can be assigned later.
- Participant: Joins the meeting.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in video conferencing software development.
- Experience with implementing similar features in past projects.
- Understanding of user role management in applications.
- UI and UX design for better user engagement.
