Business Central Customer Portal

We have business central already configured and am looking for someone to configure the customer portal for business central. We want to give customers the ability to create a new customer account with us. Then we will want them to sign off on one document and input how they would like to be paid. It would be amazing if they can also upload a w9 to the portal but not required.
