Building a website for Palestine

"One Democratic State in Palestine" is an international organisation working to force a transition from the apartheid state to a democratic state in Palestine. Our website is www.odsinpal.org. We need a more professional website. The content will be similar to what is currently there, but we will also need 1. the translation in other languages, 2. a sign up form, 3. a payment gateway.

We are a self-funded, non-profit organisation, so the price will be an important factor when choosing the freelancer. Please send me links to templates of what it could look like.
