Building a website and domain hosting ASAP

My company is looking for someone to make us a one pager website for our webinars company and to host the domain on their server ASAP. We don't have a logo, so we also want to have one done (a simple one). However, we do have all the texts for the page.
We don't have much time. It's 16:00 right now, and we need the website done by tomorrow morning, so it leaves only about 16 hours to work.
