Building a website

I am looking for someone who can build a website for a car dealer. The website should have the following elements:
- Multifunctional online catalog - Car classifier (manufacturer, model, year, ...)
- Photo gallery
- Product description
- Easy to post admin dashboard
- Integration with an existing website (API)
- online calculator of credit cost (optional)
- Static pages, Dynamic articles (blog / news)
- Chat solutions
- No online selling terminal is needed
-The website should not be developed in WP, other solutions must be discussed
Deadline for execution: 30 days from agreement date (for well suited candidates a deadline extension might be provided)
