Building a superfast real estate website based on react JS , API IDX, Pop up force registration

My website, www.miladrealestate.com is currently hosted and maintained with RealGeek but I own the domain name. I'd like you to build a superfast website similar to www.redfin.com or www.homelight.com for me and host it on a server of my choice (I have not decided yet on the server and I am open to your suggestions). I will provide you with the API key (Property listings feed). If you are interested we can discuss it in detail in terms of functionality, timing, and budget.
