Building a online websites & app for eCommerece e.g Like Amazon

I'm about to start new ecommerce project in India so i need a web & app for the products I'm going to sell. I really worried about technical support regarding building the web and app from Zero , as well as the design. So I'm looking for professional design as in Amazon website.
