Building Landing Page

Dear All,
We are Lasagne Gelsomì, a new London based, online boutique, that produces on-demand authentic Italian handmade lasagne delivered at home.
Here is a quick recap of what we are looking for.
Main objectives:
Design and develop a user-friendly landing page to create lead generation and offer a single product purchase option. At this early stage, our intention is to evaluate market opportunities and define the niche to target.
What the landing page needs to include:
1. e-commerce with delivery schedule options
2. Own social media channels integration (instagram, facebook, youtube)
3. FAQ section with buy options in strategic answers
4. Live chat
5. email newsletter, automatic email after purchase and abandoned cart
6. Cookie and privacy policy
7. Facebook pixel
8. Registration during the buying process
We provide:
1. Logo
2. Copy
3. Brand colour palette
4. Font
5. Visual content like pictures and videos.
6. Pattern style
Regarding the copy, SEO optimization is not the main objective at this time; rather, we need to review it while keeping in mind the idea that "we need to test" (tone, content etc).
For visual contents it might be that we need more materials.
We are open for any recommendations that might help with the main objective.
