Building Coaching website: I need Full-Stack Web Developer for Content and Interaction: publishing articles, surveys, and other

Hi there, I'm looking for a skilled full-stack web developer to build a coaching website. I have some ideas and would like some input from the freelancer on specifics for the design. Additionally, I would like the website to feature content such as articles and surveys, in addition to online booking and payment systems, comment sections, and other features. Must-Have Features:
1. Document upload functionality: Visitors can upload PDF or other forms of text documents to the website.
2. Customer survey/questionnaire creation and storage. Vistors can send us a message, and complete our surveys.
3. Database storage for documents and survey responses.
4. Integration of a placeholder for machine learning model output
- We will use our own machine learning models (Python, pytorch or Scikit-learn) to analyze the data and return results on the website. You don't need to write ML models, but just place a placeholder
