Build a wordpress website

I need someone an Arabic speaking person to help me build a wordpress website. The website is going to be used as a magazine showing posters of various movies. When visitors click on the poster of the movie they want to watch, they get redirected to a page that's specific for the movie that they clicked on which would give them three options (Direct Download, torrent download, and online streaming). I want the download links, and teh streaming to be only available to registered members. Memberships will be free. No online shopping needed.
