Build a woocommerce site with google ads and google workspace setup

We need an ecommerce store built using wordpress/worcommerce
We will upload our own products but you will be required to setup gmail for work, google merchant center anf google ads and handover once the ad account is approved.
We will provide content but you will be responsible for home page banners that meet our requirements and basic cometics of the site that includes the logo.
The site must meet google requirements and be SEO friendly.
Please note that you will start off by providing theme options that is included in the price. We will setup payments but you are responsible for other woocommerce setup that includes shipping setup, etc.
