Build a wix website with employee login page

All I need is a basic template home page with the ability for employee/client login (and the steps to add employees/clients logins and email clearly outlined.) the login page needs to have the ability for an employee to submit a form with pictures that can be accessed by a client for that specific job. Ability for employee to create a job and assign a client also needed. Functionality demo before hand over. Happy to answer any further questions but that is the basic brief. Thank you
