Build a wireframe for an app (6 frames)

We are a group of University students, looking for someone to build a wireframe for our app, NutriPlan (explained in the attached documents). We would like 6 frames for the app: a home page, 1 meal plan page, a community page, an ingredients list, a recipe page and, a price comparison page. We are looking to complete this within the next two weeks, and have attached examples. We have attached the Logo, Example Wire Frames, a Sample Meal Plan, and a Mind Map explaining our idea.
