The uploaded material – there should be a provision to organise them into categories
The users belong to a very specific niche
Total users will be less than 1500 max
There should be a search option
The material uploaded should be accepted by at-least 2 admins before getting published
Admins can edit the content of the material before publishing
The published material should follow the specific format through out
Videos – can be uploaded into the website or YouTube link
Besides the material the author and the admins who approved name should be present
