Build a website / take existing

Have a website that is old and outdated. The concept of it and function is there and have a home page and other page concept and just need someone to put together for me. I could do it, but someone with a little more experience can make it happen quicker. Want it clean, con-temporized, and easy to navigate and manage.

Old site is www.rachelstacymusic.com and very old and not image of what want portrayed. Have other photos as well. Really need shell set up and I can manage and add things to it. Another clean site I like concept of is www.allyvenableband.com
