Build me a website to sell comics/games

I would like to start a small business/store to sell comics/games imported from Japan/China and sell them in the UK. I would like to have 1. a homepage first as an advertisement and introduction of my store. 2. a discussion with you about if it's easy to create and maintain an online store. 3. If possible, I would like to have the store online. Otherwise, I would have it offline.
