Build a website and a mobile app for complete corporate wellness solution

We are setting up a new venture for providing wellness solutions to corporate and working professionals. The pack includes a website with a mobile app which will have an admin panel from where the organization and its User Profiles will be managed. The Website Theme, Content and requirement will be provided separately.
The website will have e-store, blogs and videos(connected from Youtube). The registered users will be of two categories:
Regular
Professional
The professional users will be only from the organization/company that has taken an annual package. They can define company name and register their employees. The Dashboard feature will enable them to interact with each other and post info in various categories like shoutout/Ask a Question/raise a charity.
The only difference between regular users and Premium users will be AdMob function and Open to all model. The Admob will be off for premium and it will have an exclusive user community.
