Build me a website like this app

I want a website which has the functions of this app. It lets you find the right product by drawing by hand or uploading / taking a picture. This is not a classic image-search engine. It will work on my database which will contain 1000s of vectoral drawings of aluminium profile products. I will send you my pictures to build the website, but I need to be able to add more pictures afterwards, because new products are introduced over time.
Visitors of the site will find and select their product and they will specify some preferences like color, quantity etc, and when they complete the form, the system will send a request to my mail.
