Build a website like in the examples - see the examples please-

I'm looking to build a website to feature my portfolio as video and photography work as a producer for international brands.

The website will have to contain videos and photography sections and links to categories in the menu and possibly to other affiliate websites.

The image and style of the website is very important. This need to clean a clean and modern look and functionality as other website of the same industry, examples:

The job have already been started and the domain - semrossi.com - and a wordpress template have been purchased but building of the website have been paused for business reason and need to resume now.

The selected new web designer will need to let me know if this template is suitable to achieve the look and functionality required (since the requirement have changed slightly since the purchase of the template).
