Build a website and generate leads for Health care - Russian speaking market

1. Website / 1 pager form where all lead will be collected ( a call center will take it from there).
Benchmark website already exists so you could mimic that.
2. Leads for health care treatments - Russian speaking clients (preferably from Russia)
Overall there are about 50 different treatments.
Preferable candidate is a person / company who did a similar project previously and who can provide both requests (1 and 2) ; For obvious reasons Russian speaking person will be an advantage as all leads / website / banners will have to be in Russian.
