Build a website from scratch and be the webmaster aferwards

I need a new website for my business and as I have no website now, you are to build it from scratch. I do have a relevant url but no hosting. My business is private guided tours in Copenhagen, Denmark. The customers are primarily well-off North Americans, Chinese and Indians, but also people from many other parts of the world.

I have had similar websites and business before, so I know what I am doing, but closed them all before and during Corona. But now it is time to re-vitalize the business. Back then it was my main job and income, now I want to do it for the fun and as an extra income.

A few wishes for the website:
- Wordpress based
- SEO from start
- Responsive
- One language
- Blog
- Gallery which I imagine could be my relevant Instagram account
-No automatic booking or payment process required or wanted. I want to personally approve each booking and the send a payment link. Or similar process.
