Build a website for my startup

I am starting a legal company. Minimum 2 to 3 pages but not more than 5 pages. I have the logo designed already. Directors have advised that they will pay in full after completion of the website. A contract agreement will e sent by the company for hiring the web developer. Kindly do advise your thoughts and acceptance so that I can request the company Attorney's for the contract agreement.
