Build me a website for my school

I want a website for my school. My school admits kids from class Nursery to 8th standard. The website should truly reflect the theme of the core attributes of the institution. Basic structure should include home page, gallery, contact us events and our location. I require the site to be fully responsive at best. Rest will be communicated.
