Build a website for a new product

I need a small website designing for a new product. It is just an information website, there is no ecommerce needed. I will come up with the wording and product images, screenshots and so on, but to start with I just need are a few nice looking pages creating that I can edit. I can edit the HTML directly, that isn't an issue. We will need to pass it backwards and forwards a few times so I can ask for changes to the design, hence I want an hourly rate. I just want HTML and CSS files to drop onto my Linux server. No Wordpress, Wix or anything else.

What I'm looking for is a reliable designer who can work with me to come up with what I need.
