Build me a website for an investment company

We need to build a basic website for a financial company that would include 4-5 subpages including Home, Blogs, Solutions, Contact, About Us and Login feature. Can be developed in any language. We are looking for a professional experienced web developer who can first get into a call to discuss about the project and provide some mock websites before confirming the project. The developer should be able to look around the corner to provide guidance on industry best practices. Depending upon the quality of the work, future projects can be awarded.
