Build a website for my inspection business

Hello. I need someone to build a website for my inspection business, cannot use existing script, must be from scratch. I need a Home Screen where I can offer my services. Need to implement stripe as the payment gateway, we need a login page and a register page. We also need a admin panel and a user panel for the site. I will leave here a similar website to what I need it to be like. Please do not copy the design or the content of this page.
