Build a website for child care with an app that will work along side the website

Wanting to create a platform for high profile clientele and other high level professionals and executives hearing the Houston area and hopefully to branch out into other major cities hoping business goes well here who happened to need child care and other domestic home assistance. The website and app I am hoping to create would match up families with qualified candidates who would be able to fill whatever roles it may be that the families themselves are looking for in their homes. The website itself would just be like an introductory explanation of policies and I guess like a background of the company and like our morals and values of who we are and you know why pick us over the many other other agencies here in the Houston area and then it would hopefully act as a portal into signing into the account that you would use that would hopefully transfer over so the app that you would use to work on I guess like filling in information and keeping track of like your subscription to our services and communicating within the service and paying for the help in the care that you do receive I would like for it to be set up that all payment would be through the agency and the payment would not be between the the parent or the client and then the the nanny or the cook or whoever they end up needing in their household I would like for all transactions to be done on the computer and digitally because I do want to be able to provide my employees the option to enroll into benefits like dental and healthcare and things of that nature which is something that I can later on when the website is being built up add as something that separates me from the other agencies is that I care for my coworkers and employees And I would like to see them live good and full lives to see them be taken care of instead of having to fend for themselves in things of that nature (benefits)

The type of services I would be able to provide for the clients needing help would be all child care related needs like babysitting short-term and long-term nanny. Tutoring and homework help, special needs childcare. Elderly care, housekeeping family management and household management type things. A cook. Handyman, travel nanny, pet sitting. Driving whether it be carpooling with the kids or like somebody needing a driver I would hope to be able to accommodate both aspects. Governance. Groundskeeper and just really anything else that the family would need to have the household be taken care of.

The app would have capabilities for the customers and the care providers to be able to log in clock in and clock out track their hours and store information about like payments and things of that nature and probably update things involving like scheduling and open schedule and have profiles with pictures and written text for the potential parents who are wanting care to swipe through and pick which caregiver they would like to have
