Build me a website and design a logo

I am looking for a modern and sleek website for my new decorative concrete business, Beyond Basic. I have purchased the domain beyondbasicconcrete.com. I will need the following pages: Home page, About Us, Services (with 7 subsections), Portfolio, and contact us. Each of the seven service subsets will include a description of the service, advantages, disadvantages, and FAQ. The freelancer will be required to provide logo files (ai, eps, jpg, pdf, pgn, psd) as well as website files (html, css, javascript/jquery, bootstrap, scss). This project will require strong branding, writing, and marketing skills, as you will be provided with only a general idea of how I want the site to be made and will be responsible for writing all descriptions, graphics, and design. If awarded the project, you are agreeing to an IP agreement, which awards all rights to the content to the payee, Beyond Basic LLC. - I tend to like text based logos, rather than graphics
