Build a website, design a business card, a pdf brochure and sign.

Need some work done for a start up, currently have hosted WordPress website under construction, template is set and data entry has started, also need business card designed and a flyer and a sign for front of building. Will provide logo and a basic overview of design style, will need to collaborate for words and images. Preferably need someone with a good grasp of English as will need copy written. No urgent rush to get done. Please submit quotes, can do as a whole or as 3 parts.
