I am looking for a freelancer who can build an AI website that can create animated explainer videos based on text. The ideal candidate should have experience in AI and video creation.

Requirements:
- Ability to create animated explainer videos
- Knowledge of AI technology and its application in video creation
- Experience in developing websites with AI capabilities
- Familiarity with text-to-video conversion

Key Points:
- The website should have the capability to generate content for the videos using AI, but also allow for specific content to be inputted by the user.
- The preferred duration for each video is more than 3 minutes.
