I would like to build a website OR application which can help in creating quotations in a pdf format. It will be very simple since it is just a prototype for a project I am working on.
The first attachment "Quote Form" shows how the website looks like when you fill the information.
The second and Third attachments show how the pdf file will look like once issued.
Few extra details will be clarified to the person who will work on it.
