Build me an website app to generate QR codes

This app is about putting a QR code on pictures that users upload. The QR code is generated from the link the user inserts, which redirects to the source of the picture (their social media account)

Your role:

- Build a website with a simple interface where the user would have the option to upload a picture
- Ensure that the quality of the image is not lost
- Upload the image as PNG, JPEG and HEIC
- Build the option to add the link to the user’s social media
- Generate QR code from the link
- Put the QR code on the picture
- Give the user the possibility of where to put the QR code in the picture (left/right, upper/lower corner) so that it can be readable
- Ensure the ability for the user to download the image in JPEG with the QR code on it without loss of quality

We have another team that helps us with:
A design for the server for the application.
A stable platform to run it on.
Keep the server updated, patched and virus-free.
Keep the application and data backed up.
Troubleshoot any issues.
