It is really important that the website and apps look fabulous, look modern, and flow fluently. The functions will be relatively simple to use with not so many pages.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The app (and website) are primarily a matching site (similar to something like tinder) but not for dating.
Two particular groups can swipe left and right to make a connection.
Tablet version would show a grid of upcoming people for swiping but focus largely on current view.
Each new user must be able to add profile information and upload video content.
Each user should be able to connect, and the other to accept connection, and then further info will be shown.
Each time a swipe is performed, a new person is shown, however, it will be video, not pictures. There will also be profile information which can be aded in text or PDF.
User must set up account account
Search facilities including geography, and four other filters.
Option to add group, where several individuals can be added to one group and sign in with special code generated by leader of group.
Easy payment methods will be required
Once payments received, more options available. Ie when free trial has ended, pay for a period of time.
Payments can be for packages such as “membership for a length of time’, or a ‘greater geographical area’, or for more connections.
Profiles and connections must be easily shareable on all modern social media.

You will need to provide all artwork and design within the app which will need to be agreed by us.
Apps will need to be set up on App Store and Play Store, and website will need to be built onto agreed server and made fully operational.
Contingency for unforeseen should be built in
PAYMENTS, MILESTONE and RELEASE
Money will be added to the milestone system but not released until project complete with apps approved at App Store and Playstore, and systems tested.
After this stage 75% will be released. 25% will be retained for a 2 week period of further testing and released when everything works good.
