Basically I want to create a website that users can register and pay monthly monthly to have access to their account and that they can customize what they want to show in the app on their TV.

I would be the owner of the website and I offer the service to owners of airbnb accommodation for example

the apartment owners should be able to log in with their account on the tv and if they are ok with the payments then show the welcome screen.
